I started training with Amy postpartum after having my first baby. Before that, I had no routine or structure in my day and it really affected me both physically and mentally. I had no confidence and wasn’t happy with how I looked or felt.
Training with her completely turned things around for me. She met me where I was at, was incredibly understanding, and supported me through training and nutrition during the postpartum phase. I’d highly recommend Amy to anyone, especially mums, she truly gets it! ❤️

Amy is absolutely amazing and not just a coach but as a person and a friend. I worked with Amy for 9 months postpartum to achieve muscle growth and then weight loss. I’m now down 25kg but gained so much muscle and knowledge in the process. It’s not just about losing weight or gaining muscle it’s about the knowledge behind it and how to maintain it which I learnt from Amy. I made it a lifestyle from all the knowledge that was given to me, by meal plans, monthly recipes and guides. I’ve worked with other trainers and Amy has made me feel the most comfortable I went to her with anything knowing I won’t be judged and she’ll adapt my training/nutrition to suit. I’d send videos of my exercises to make sure my technique was correct and she’d send back a detailed description back on ways to improve. I loved the team challenges we had between the girls as it was some friendly competition to push each other, which was also a supportive environment. I’d recommend Amy to everyone and anyone. She’s helped me become the healthiest and strongest version of myself!
I couldn't recommend Amy enough. She helped me grow so much in such a short period of time. Amy kept pushing me even when I thought I couldn't go anymore. Amy found her passion by watching herself transform and in turn decided she wanted to help other woman transform. Amy is a friend, hype girl and coach all in one. Amy is nothing short of AMAZING! After a rough start to the year I decided to look for a coach and after talking to some friends I decided I would reach out to Amy and I am so glad I did. She is so easy to talk to and is very understanding but she will also let you know when you need to up your game. She takes every aspect of you life into consideration when making decisions/changes to your plan whether that is your workouts or your food intake. She is all about her clients and knows how to make you feel empowered and allows you to have a say in what is being done as well. Amy gives you all the tools you need to succeed and if you use them and trust her by being open and honest with her, you can achieve whatever you may be chasing. I can't thank Amy enough for all she has helped me with so far!
Amy has definitely been a main contributor in keeping my weight off! Since the beginning she has always pushed me to be the best version of myself and be able to create a safe space after tough periods in my life.
