I am a women’s health & mindset coach. The main reason I became a coach was to become the coach that I needed when starting out on my journey.
I am extremely passionate about guiding women to their most radiant & confident selves, whether that's through training, nutrition or mindset. I am here to be your safe space & supporter.
I have always been someone who’s been active growing up. I was that person constantly dancing or participating in school sport. Everything changed when I underwent brain surgery when I was only 14 years old. This made me extremely depressed & anxious which took me nearly 8 years to pull myself out of. I managed to find myself and passion again with the help of fitness.
My Journey
I struggled with my body image, confidence, training, my relationship with food and had a very poor mindset, once I overcame these things and had a lot of knowledge from my own personal experiences I just knew I had to help the women who were in my position, fast track their results and take them on this incredible life changing journey.
I have seen far to many women including myself do fad diets, or are stuck in a vicious yo-yo cycle and I know how damaging it can be. I want to show them that they can have a lifestyle without restrictions that they can SUSTAIN and still get amazing results. I want to show women that they can feel confident and strong in the gym!
I’m interested in everything when it comes to woman health. I am a Master Female Coach which specialises in menstrual cycle, pre & post-natal as well as menopause coaching.
