About me

I’m Amy, a first-time mum, Women’s Health & Mindset Coach, and the coach I once desperately needed at the start of my own healing journey.

After undergoing brain surgery at just 14 years old, my world completely shifted. I went from being the girl who was always dancing, playing sport and constantly moving, to battling anxiety, depression and feeling disconnected from myself. For nearly eight years I struggled with low confidence, poor body image, an unhealthy relationship with food and a negative mindset. I felt stuck in cycles of restriction, overtraining and self doubt, constantly chasing a version of myself that felt out of reach.

Fitness became my turning point. Through training, education and deep inner work, I rebuilt my strength physically and mentally. I learned how to fuel my body properly, train with intention and develop a mindset rooted in self respect instead of punishment. That transformation changed my life and sparked my passion to help other women do the same without wasting years stuck in damaging fad diets and yo yo cycles.

Now, as a Master Female Coach specialising in menstrual cycle, pre and post natal, and menopause coaching, I support women through every season of life. Becoming a mum has deepened my understanding of how much our bodies and identities evolve, and how important it is to approach health with compassion and sustainability.

My mission is to guide women to their most radiant and confident selves through training, nutrition and mindset, while creating a safe space and strong community where every woman feels supported, empowered and capable of stepping fully into her power.
